  My research interests include the
development of advanced computational methods for the modeling, simulation, and design of nonlinear dynamical circuits and systems.
  Currently, my research activity focuses on:
  - Self-sustaining oscillatory devices for engineering applications. Synchronization phenomena in oscillator arrays. Unconventional Signal Processing. Noise analysis. Stochastic simulation.   - Systems for Energy production and distribution. Probabilistic analysis. Photovoltaics. Multiphysics modeling and simulation.   - Design and verification of Analog-Mixed-Signal (AMS) electronics. RF oscillators, Phase-Locked-Loops, Frequency synthesizers, Data Converters. Parasitic extraction, parasitic-aware and noise-aware design.   - Analysis & design of complex nonlinear circuits/systems, compact-modeling, behavioral/hierarchical simulation, sensitivity to parameters, uncertainty quantification.   On these issues, I published 70 papers in ISI journals (64 of which in highly selective IEEE journals) and 65 papers in conference proceedings with peer review. |
